Performance Evaluation Specialist (Arabic Speaker) - REACH Employment Services

Our client in Qatar is looking for a Performance Evaluation Analyst to join their successful HR team.

Position Summary:
-To work on different tasks that are related to (functional) individual performance evaluation, in line with section head instructions. This would include setting KPIs, metrics, coordination of employees performance appraisal process,
-To provide support to the Performance Evaluation Section Head and coordination on various projects and activities performed by performance management to support the organization Excellence initiatives.

Main responsibilities:
-Prepares the necessary Appraisal forms to be sent to be used in employee performance appraisal.
-Support the departments managers and section heads in preparation of behavioral and technical competency that help evaluation of individual performance.
-Delivers awareness sessions and presentations on how to develop their SMART Goals.
-Executes the annual performance evaluation process and cyclical activities.
-Ensures that performance discussions are documented and implemented accordingly.
-Ensures that all Evaluation forms are completed and delivered to the Performance Management - (institutional & functional) on time.
-Assists in communicating measurement standards and key performance indicators to Departments Managers / Sections Heads.
-Monitors and verify the integrity and correctness of the data
-Provides an accurate data of the competence gaps analysis information that will be used in pursuit of learning interventions and coaching to close competence gaps.
-Support, prepares and report performance measures and results to department managers and section heads. .
-Engages in career path for employees and succession planning for key leadership roles.
-Reviews and updates performance appraisal tools and technologies.
-Assist in identifying training needs .
-Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
