To provide analytical and technical support to the Human Resources Division in pursuit of HRIS initiatives and other HRIS-related responsibilities.
• Assist in SAP System Configurations (HR & Payroll) and liaise with offshore support teams accordingly.
• Resolve Incident & Request Tickets in HRIS queue as per agreed SLA.
• Attend Email queries & converting potential issues into ticket.
• Identify opportunities for improving Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) through Information systems changes.
• Technically proficient in delivering SAP R/3 HR Function focused on Payroll (PY), Organizational Management (OM), Personal Administration (PA) is highly desirable.
• Working experience in SAP system desirable (such as: ADHOC Reports, SAP configuration management, HR & Payroll activities Support, etc.)
• Strong IT skills & HR experience desirable
• HRMS/IT project experience desirable - e.g. testing, configuration
