Construction Manager - Mechanical - Ramaco Trading & Contracting

- The candidate will ensure completion of mechanical works within the specified schedule and budget.
- Manage the proper utilization of materials and equipment in construction sites. 
- Ensure that work in sites is efficiently divided to maximize manpower resources and improve productivity of all workers.
- Provide technical guidance to subordinates and contractors in the execution of mechanical installations and maintenance.
- Inspect completed mechanical works in the site and check that all are installed according to the design and comply with all safety guidelines.
- Ensure that all construction processes comply with all specifications of the client and with the legal requirements of the State of Qatar.
- Ensure that contractors perform the agreed services with proper consideration for quality that fits the standards of the company and that services are done within schedule.
- Provide regular reports and timely escalate issues to Mechanical Department Manager to ensure that appropriate solutions are applied.
