We are recruiting a talented local hire individual, to provide Field Service Technical Representative support to the Qatari Emiri Air Force customer by utilizing multi-disciplined technical expertise and C-17 aircraft systems knowledge to assist the customer to achieve/sustain a high level of proficiency in the operation and maintenance of this aircraft and by investigating technical problems, determining causes, developing and implementing corrective actions.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Candidate is expected to initiate Field Service Reports, acts as the on-site liaison between the company and customer personnel of varying backgrounds to gain resolution of significant technical and operational issues.
• Works for extended periods of time in a wide variety of cultural/economic environments. Proven experience in C-17 avionics and flight controls, electrical/electronics analysis and troubleshooting, and aircraft systems.
• Proven and accepted track record within Field Engineering and Technical Support areas and familiar with its processes and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of the C-17 Technical Order reference, and knowledge of Engineering Disposition/Request for Engineering Disposition Instructions process.
• Willing to work any shift.
• Diversity skills and ability to excel in non-English work environment are required.
