- Collecting data from departments on production output and analyzing the same to identify the
as-is and expected performance of their direct subordinates
- Analyzing training needs
- Developing training annual plan
- Preparing annual budget for training based on departmental needs and market prices of training
services
- Developing training analysis forms to collect data for pre-training analysis of return on investment
- Sourcing training agencies and liaising with the same to negotiate for the cost-value fees and discounts training providers
- Inspecting training request forms and goods received notes before sending for further
approvals to HR Director and General Manager
- Raising purchase requisitions for approved trainings in Oracle system and following up on
their approval status on regular and urgent basis
- Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programmes or schemes
- Ensuring employees receive statutory required training
