-Responsible for general clerical procurement duties.
Performed high level of support, performing duties with confidentiality coordinating w/ procurement. Maintain an accurate & organized computerized records -electrical file of all vendors. Maintain & updated Vendors' List. Complete & accurate hard files for all purchase orders & procurement documents.
-Responsible to assist P.Mgrs. For market research of qualified vendor with quality material.
Manage to research dependable and competetive suppliers &/or vendors and a good source of construction materials.
-Support schedule meetings, requested appointments & respond to inquiries.
Maintain professional attendance in schedule meetings, appointment & bidding. Coordinate meeting whenever necessary. Support Contract meeting & prepare minutes. Maintain an accurate support & respond to vendor in every inquiry -(by phone or be e-mail).
