Client Services Coordinator

The primary role of the Client Services Coordinator is to provide service and support for corporate clients in a team environment, focusing primarily on the delegate and client sponsor post-sale experience. Will provide support the Marketing and Event Team as required.
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate accurate and timely delivery of various aspects of company seminars: seminar materials, appropriate presenter, client profiles or assessment tools, a/v materials, etc.
- Gather from clients and Client Partners all details of client programs and enter into the network system.
- Follow through with all aspects of client programs.
- Support clients by researching and answering questions regarding curricula, pricing, facilitator training, invoicing, delivery of product and account adjustments.
- Maintain client (facilitator) databases.
- Process client orders for products and/or custom programs.
- Calculate and process final invoicing and contracts related to client programs.
- Initiate and monitor client licensing process.
- Send pre-work materials to clients prior to their attendance at in-house facilitator training.
- Ensure smooth customer experience from point of sale through close and follow up.
- Process Facilitator NPS and create workshop reports for relevant Client Partner
