Category Manager

A local group of comapnies based in the UAE are looking for a Human Resource Executive to work within the HR team of the company.
The company mainly deals with diversified business divisions across the UAE and the GCC, which include; retail and distribution of sporting goods and lifestyle brands, health and fitness, food and food processing, integrated 3PL logistics, real estate, healthcare and pharmacies, education and technology.
 
The Category Manager will deal with the following duties:
- Act as a sales point person for multiple internal disciplines
- Manage and track Category sales planing and forecasting processes including scenario planning, seasonal growth accelerators/BU forecasting
- Drive communication across category matrix
- Deliver expected GP, manage SKU performance and efficiency
- Manage consumer mapping, be responible for product and consumer segmentation and differentiation in every territory
- Plan, direct and manage category sales processes and sales tools
- Set direction, coordinate and deive Category sales tools stratergy
- Provide detailed category quarterly reviews
- Manage seasonal Catefory sampled and lead the set-up of seasnal sell-in show rooms
- Provide long term Category Strategic Plans
