Doha, Qatar - Job Profile Maintain QE MS servers, MS operating systems, and MS applications operational and up-to-date. Ensure patching and upgrades are implemented in a timely manner. Maintain backup and ensure data integrity and security. Key Accountabilities Maintenance of a referential for MS servers, associated operating systems, applications, and versions. Monitoring of the servers, the OSs, the clusters, and the applications and implementation of automated monitoring tools. Scheduling and implementing systems patching and upgrades. Backup operation and monitoring. Follow up security patches release, testing and installing them. Trouble shooting any issues with MS systems and applications and escalating major issues. Skills Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science. Basic knowledge in Microsoft products and solutions. Basic knowledge of backup concepts.
