Abu Dhabi - Job Summary: Responsible for timely and accurate cost estimation and benchmarking of projects based on standardsRoles and Responsibilities: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate levels of support are provided at all stages of projects, including: Commercial review, analysis and cost benchmarking of Tenders, providing detailed feedback on findings of commercial analysis and highlighting any potential areas for negotiation such as abnormal rates, variances with the PTE etc. Implementation of commercial review and cost benchmarking of all Variations, Work Orders etc. Provide Cost Analyses and Commercial Recommendations on Claims.
