Kuwait - Africa - Starbucks, without a doubt, is the most significant brand within our Food Division. We are operating close to 700 stores across 12 countries and still growing rapidly. The MENA region (10 countries) currently accounts for approximately half of these stores and this number is set to hit 500 in the next 3 years. We are now looking for a Director of Operations to join the Starbucks team in Kuwait who will ensure this target is achieved. Job details : Role : Reporting to the Vice President MENA, you will form part of his senior management team and be a key decision maker in the Starbucks business. Through your direct reports of 9 Senior Operations and Operations Managers, you will be responsible for the entire day to day operations of the Starbucks stores in the 10 MENA markets currently operated.
