Al-Sayer Group - Kuwait City - Office Administrator provides administrative support to the division. The responsibilities include: Prepare reports and list of documents/Couriers, Fax, that have been sent to various departments and submit it to Manager. Prepare, update and maintain all the Communication information including fax numbers, Addresses, contact numbers, mailing lists etc. for Al Sayer Group. Co-ordinate, arrange & follow up on issues related to Daily Courier dispatches with OCS, DHL, FedEx etc. Communicate to various departments/locations the status of the items delivered and fax/mails received or sent. Provides administrative and office support such as scan , photo copy and binding. Monitor the fax machines in case of sending confidential documents by fax whenever required. Sort, distribute all the mails and fax received to the concerned departments on time, on daily basis. Review incoming and outgoing correspondence mails for delivery accuracy.
