  • Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives.

  • Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish positive employer- employee relationships.

  • Identifies Qatar legal and labour law requirements and carries out necessary approved requirements in order to comply.

  • Helps ensure that all employee disciplinary action is fair and legal and documented accurately.

  • Protects the interests of the employees and the company in accordance with company and governmental laws and regulations.

  • Assist and supports GM’s and Heads of Departments

  • Assist with manpower organisational planning and works through the HR Department in securing approved manpower requirements.

  • Helps ensure and establish recruitment and placement practices and procedures.

  • In coordination with the Training Dept. establishes in house Human Resources training and development programs that address company needs across departments.

  • Provides necessary education materials to support programs through workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardised reports.

  • Assist in overseeing implementation of programs through Human Resources Department/Staff.

  • Conducts a continuing study of Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep top management informed of new developments and requirements.

  • Directs and conducts reports that are necessary to carry out functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports to top management, as necessary requested.

  • Performs other duties as assigned
