Production Foreman - Qatari Investors Group

Purpose:

To plan and supervise the packing plant and silo dispatch manpower, coordinate with other department for any breakdown, ensuring strict adherence with the statutory regulations and HSSE standards and effectively achieve Plant production targets.

- Shift Manpower control & deployment as per plant requirements.
- Conducting weekly Safety Tool Box talks to all employees.
- Follow safety Rules & Wear PPE during the working Hours.
- Coordinate with other department for any breakdown in packing plant and silo dispatch.
- Prepare HR applications for all employers in packing plant and silo dispatch operator.
- Submitting daily report for dispatched cement paper bags.
- Creating weekly safety notification for all areas.
- Conduct physical inspection of equipment within the assigned scope and report on their condition and spillages/Leakages.
- Physical measurements of paper bag to be carried out regular basis and as per required.
- Involvement in the shutdown mechanical and process maintenance activities.
- Comply with the company QHSSE approved policy.
