• Expert in Microsoft Azure and 365
• Expert in Microsoft OMS integration
• Expert PowerShell scripting
• Expert in Active Directory, Hyper-V 2012, VMware ESX 5X, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, File & Print Server, IIS…
• Experience and Familiar with Virtualization technologies like installing, configuring, administering Hyper-V, VMware, Created and managed VMs (virtual server) and also involved in the maintenance of the virtual servers.
• Ability to maintain a reliable and methodical approach to support and Documentation. Quick learner highly motivated with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Expertise in Installing, upgrading, migrating & troubleshooting of Window 2012/2016 server & Professional in different hardware including HP, Dell, Compaq, IBM etc.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving and time management skills.
• Installation, configuration and administration working knowledge on SCCM, 2012 and using for Reporting and patching process
• Build automated scripts to reduce manual works using PowerShell or batch files
• Perform Change Management as per the process
• 3rd party vendor coordination for visit and troubleshooting
• Expert with Symantec Antivirus and Mail security Application
