Kuwait - Enforce HR policies and procedures, explain and make sure that the employees comply with the employee handbook. Develop and implement the Performance Management System in line with the policies, in liaison with the HR Manager. Provide Department Heads with performance evaluation forms, provide assistance throughout the performance evaluation process and collect the final forms once they are filled. Review the final performance results and discuss the same with the HR Manager for approval To identify, analyze and solve HR issues and contribute to HR process re-engineering as required. Provide the support needed to help employees in performing their duties efficiently and effectively. Negotiate staff complaints and act on resolving the same in coordination with the HR Manager in order to ensure professional and healthy work relations.
