Maintain project schedules. Communicate with EPC Contractors the projects progress measurement systems. Flag/highlight any major delays/deviations from projects' baseline schedule and progress reporting.Attend/participate to various projects' progress meetings as may be necessary and at levels as decided by line manager. Review/verify EPC Contractor invoicing to ensure compliance with requirements of planning related clauses in the contract. Verify that progress claimed by EPC Contractor monthly invoicing is as per approved IPMS.
