We are hiring for the position of Clinical Project Manager.


The work and what it looks like…


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join the Clinical Research Core at Weill Cornell Medicine in Qatar (WCM-Q)! The Clinical Research Core supports and develops clinical research within the College in collaboration with the College’s faculty, research staff, and affiliated healthcare organizations. The Clinical Research Core is also involved in multiple projects to support the community in Qatar. The focus of the appointed Clinical Project Manager is to lead a team working on initiatives to improve the health of individuals engaged in multiple projects led by the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, Qatar.


You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and the staff working on those projects. You will be expected to contribute to the design, conduct, analysis, reporting and presentation of the work. You will manage assigned projects, taking the lead in planning, creating and managing project plans. Creating schedules and project timelines, keeping up to date with changes in project methodology, Help develop strategies for project implementation at team level in collaboration with key partners, ensuring that new skills, knowledge and best practice are disseminated internally and externally, You will also liaise with collaborating organizations, monitor project at sites and report progress to stakeholders, take appropriate action to ensure compliance with project protocol, milestones and quality and timeliness of the data collections, You will work with partners to tackle any practical difficulties reported, conduct problem solving/review visits as required, and supervise a team of Clinical Research Coordinators, providing training, guidance and support to junior members of the team as required.
