Call Center Representative - Al Ghalia

This role entails working closely with the most important segment of our business – our guests.
Providing fantastic customer care and assisting them in choosing the perfect products for their celebrations – suggesting new and exciting options for their enjoyment.


You are responsible for receiving all incoming phone calls to the Business Unit and dealing with all general enquiries.


Will process guests’ orders, up-sell our products and be confident in the knowledge that you’ve done an excellent job.


You will develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests so as to build customer and brand loyalty – thereby maintain and increasing profitability as required. Getting to know our guests, their likes/dislikes are paramount to providing the perfect product for them.


Will be fully knowledgeable about the Boutique’s Brand, Products and Services, ensuring our guests are reminded about old favorites and encouraged to try new merchandise.


Will ensure our guests will be given superior service, from the first telephone call to the receipt of payment – every step of the process being problem-free.


Assists the team in providing a Boutique and brand we can be truly proud of.
