• Manage the companies Dialog process (Performance Management System). Provide inputs to the design and development of performance measures and metrics; manage and lead the system implementation, retrieval, updating and calibration processes.
• Liaise with the HR Systems Analysts to ensure that the PMS module is ready for the mid-year / year-end review and necessary reports are available
• Follow-up with department heads in order to ensure all staff are evaluated and given scores as per agreed Performance Management guidelines as and when required
• Process data from Oracle performance management system and present it in the required format(s) to Manager – Talent Management and concerned HR Business Partners, for review, inclusive of analytics of scores as per career level, department and business unit. Also, identify low performers and prepare summary of Dialog forms which contain negative feedback from the employees
• Liaise with training department to regularly ensure that new employees and managers are trained in the Dialog process and principles which include Oracle PMS training, Objective setting training and the companies Dialog training.
• Support in answering/ attending to all queries on PMS policy /administration
• Where necessary, identify & support in the planning of learning activities required to meet individual development needs in coordination with the L&D sub-function
• Provide reports to training dept. to identify the training needs of the employees.
• Provide performance scores to Compensation and Benefits sub-function as input for annual merit increase and performance bonus processes
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
