The Spatial Designer is a full-time position in the creative department. Requires superior aesthetic and design knowledge. The ideal
candidate must possess the ability to manage and design for a wide range of projects that include space design, stage design, mobile activation, temporary installations, custom fabrications, and experiences. Should have a strong understanding of production and material options to ensure we are getting the
best product based on the allocated budget.
From guest flows, custom design elements, stage design, and mobile experiences, the Spatial Designer focuses on bringing elements to life through floor plans & renderings. The spatial designer is expected to bring a strong level of creativity, conceptual thinking, and strategy to the new and existing projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Highly collaborative designer who will work closely with senior designers and creative director
• Responsible for all 3D & 2D design work from conception to completion as required
• Creator of all detailed CAD technical drawings if needed by fabrication vendors, AV vendors, etc.
• Works with project leads and production teams for critical decisions while also being budget conscious.
• Participates in internal brainstorming and ideation sessions.
• Gathers research, insights, trends, best practices, and consumer behaviors as inputs for the development of brand-centered innovations and experiences
• Reviews existing research, strategy, brand materials to better understand the client and their industry.
• Consults with and presents to clients as needed helping to map out campaign strategies and tactics, design ideas and directions to meet the client objectives.
• Reports to the creative director.
