Key Responsibilities:


  • Focus on building and growing market share by effectively implementing CRM (customer relationship management) practices.

  • Effective utilization of market research tools to the fullest satisfaction of the customer.

  • Working on enhancing the brand image and develop key strategies for brand building.

  • Creation of advertising and promotion plans to reflect increased sales that are assessed by regular (quarterly) review of market share percentage.

  • Ensuring the implementation of customer satisfaction standards and working towards consistently achieving the Customer satisfaction index & Sales
    Satisfaction Index targets as agreed with the Principal.

  • Undertake market research to ascertain brand awareness/loyalty & consumer buying behavior and present the analysis for management review.

  • Formulate action plans that include purchase intention, effective media mix, and customer loyalty/ retention.

  • Evaluate local market conditions and develop product and price positioning strategies.

  • Conducting brand surveys to understand buying patterns and communicate findings to all concerned departments.

  • Creation of interactive programs through the brand’s website and ensuring the monitoring of progress and effectiveness of each program.

  • Ensuring timely preparation and availability of marketing tools to all relevant sales and
    after-sales team members.

  • Launch CRM programs with existing as well as potential customers through proper utilization of customer database.

  • Ensuring efficient management and training the Marketing Executives.
