ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, direct and coordinate the operation of fleet maintenance and repairs, registration, renewal and insurance related activities.
- Receives material/container delivery request and assigned/schedule a driver for the job. (Vehicle movements / trailer deliveries / container deliveries / car carrier operation)
- Plan, update and monitor the daily activities of the Driver
- Maintain delivery note for business process.
- Invoicing and Send expense and fuel report to the manager
- Oversee the operations of the Centralized Delivery.
- Maintain and update all information related to operations and report to Management as required.
- Make sure the operation is compliant with HSE.
- Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behaviour.
- Develop procedures and processes that adequately support the business and secure the quality of the work.
- Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
- The Centralized Deliveries operate to receive and deliver goods to and from Jaidah Divisions and Jaidah customers and Principals
