Male/Female, 40 years old and below
With Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or any relevant discipline
Minimum of 2 years of FnB experience, culinary or related professional area
Responsible for outlet daily operations and supervision of staff
Assists in promoting the outlet, menu planning, maintains standards, assists servers on the floor during peak periods and manages property liquor inventories and controls
Strives to ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget
Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan
Strengthens the food and beverage/culinary team by assisting in other outlets when needed
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Presentable and well groomed
Can join immediately (max 1 month)

Work location: Doha, Qatar
Salary up to 9,000 QR, depending on qualifications and years of experience, plus free accommodation, transportation, annual plane tickets and duty meals
