Project Supervisor - Talent Agency

We are currently recruiting for a Talent Booker/Project Supervisor to join our small, expanding team.

Key aspects of the role will include:

Dealing with clients in sourcing the right candidates for their briefs.

Managing various assignments and acting as a go between at all times between talent and client, organising models/actors for castings and shoots. 

Meeting talent and clients on set/site to ensure perfect time keeping, presentation and reliability of all members represented by the agency.

Overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring databases and profiles are kept updated.

Assisting parents, models/artistes and clients with general queries and offering advice where required.

Negotiating quotations and rates.

Ensuring talents have all information required to attend jobs.
