Kitchen Equipment Technician-Battee [GOE] - Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co.

Knowledge in the operation of electrical control systems.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written reference material.

Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.

Ability to use hand and power tools.

Five or more years’ experience in the commercial food service (kitchen) equipment and refrigeration maintenance field.

Exceptional ability to work independently without direct supervision and take responsibility for the repair of assigned equipment.

Strong knowledge of plumbing repair and installation practice and procedure.

Strong knowledge of basic electrical practice, theory, and safety.

Strong knowledge of the fundamental of commercial refrigeration practice and theory

Knowledge of commercial food service (kitchen) equipment repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques.
