Job Description
The HRIS Specialist will work in a team environment to maintain and implement HRIS programs and processes using technology such as MENA and Halogen. Specifically, this role will work with the HR Programs to manage ongoing processes, implement new projects, and propose areas for improvement.
The HRIS Specialist must be technologically adept and be able to work with multiple Microsoft applications, performance management systems, documentations, MENA HR and payroll system. In addition, this role will assist in day-to-day end-user support and data cleanup for existing systems.
In additon, the HRIS Specialist is responsible in ensuring a systematic record keeping of all related matters pertaiing to Compensation and Benefits of Employees and person-in-charge of the Filing/Archieve of employee's personal file.
• Administer HR Information Systems (i.e., MENA, Halogen)
• Administer employee Benefits: i.e. QLM Medical Plan
• Audit and maintain employee documentation
• Administer Performance & Reward Year End Processes
• Collaborate with Finance & IT on the corporate level and other business units
• Administer Payroll and monthly deductions
• Capture and provide HR management with reports such as MIS and Metric Reports
• Update employee and HRIS related documentations accordingly
• Accurate & systematic execution of archiving and coordinating with HR Team
• Supports HR teams with day-to-day filing needs and archiving
• Administers monitoring of Residence Permit renewals efficiently
• Administers and initiates applications of labour contracts and Hamad Health cards
• Administers and monitoring QLM Claims of Alfardan Employees.
• Assist HRIS Coverage in updating RP, passport and sponsorship in MENA.
Administer HRIS Transactions and documentations (50%)
• Accurate & systematic execution of archiving and coordinating with HR Team
• Supports HR teams with day-to-day filing needs and archiving
• Administers monitoring of Residence Permit renewals efficiently
• Administers and initiates applications of labour contracts and Hamad Health cards
• Administers and monitoring QLM Claims of Alfardan Employees.
• Assist HRIS Coverage in updating RP, passport and sponsorship in MENA.
Administer QIC Medical Plan (10%)
Administer Payroll and deductions (40%)
