Recruitment:
• Work closely with HoB, HoD on their recruitment requirements and provide professionally informed advice and guidance to support them.
• Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures are adhered to and recommend improvements.
• Ensure recruitment best practice through the use of effective techniques, processes and assessment tools.
• Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time and in line with budget.
• Assist the HoB and HoD in designing job descriptions.
• Design and upload recruitment advertisements through various channels.
• Update the organizational structure as and when required.
• Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications and credentials.
• Schedules interviews and ensure interviewer feedback on candidate.
• Send interview feedback to candidates.
• Perform background verification of selected candidates form the previous employers.
• Salary negotiation as per the budget and offer rollout
• Work closely with the Government and Employee Relations sections to ensure smooth on-boarding
• Coordinate with IT and Procurement to ensure necessary arrangements to the new joiner prior to their start date.
• Maintain and update the HRIMS
• Ticket booking for the offshore Hires
• Ensure the latest immigration laws are always applied in the recruitment process.
• Contribute to the highest standards of customer service.
• Gather external recruitment intelligence and feed back to the management team.
• Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
• Generates recruitment related reports.
• Drafts employment letters and contracts for selected candidates
• Update the HR management system as and when required.
Employee Relation:
• Attends to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary.
• Responding for Employee personal letter request from the company
• Managing Employee loan, salary advance and other schemes
• Prepares employment contract of the employees.
• Follow up with government relation team in obtaining residence permit such as medical appointment, finger prints for all new employees.
• Issuing exit permit on verifying the exit clearance process, such as due clearance from procurement, finance and HRs
• Providing support and assistance with ERP issues and queries, in coordination with ERP team
• Ensure the workmen’s compensation is updated and communicated.
• Administers the HR procedures are adhered to.
• Provide Flight Tickets for employees (labour) for their vacation along with the leave pay.


Off Boarding:
• Responding to the resignation with acceptance letter
• Conducting Exit Interviews and provide feedback to line manager and the Head of HR
• Notifying all the HODs and the bank on repatriation of an employee.
• Ensure the End of service process and proper handing over is completed
• Coordinate with Government relation team for RP cancellation/Transfer, if necessary.
• Cancellation of Workmen’s compensation and insurance.
• Hand over the final settlement along with ticket to their home country.
Compensation and Benefits
• Updating and maintaining payroll records.
• Attendance monitoring & Leave Management
• Maintenance of payroll system and leave planning system.
• Updating of Employees Leaves on HRIMS
• Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
• Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports.
• Payroll administration.
• Handles monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
