Hempel Paints Company ( ME ) - Kuwait City - Key responsibilities To control the consistency and uniformity of finished products against the requirements specified in the batch cards. To maintain quality control data records. To comply with E-Convention, QMS and EMS requirements. Key tasks Enters formulations in AX system and present it to the Lab in Charge for review and approval. Controls production batches to ensure that product specifications are met. Assists in issuing batch certificates. Conducts Root Cause Analysis for registered complaints. Approves Colour Match and maintain records as per E-Convention. Performs calibration of laboratory equipment. Tests incoming raw materials. Creates batch cards. Ensures KPI's are met. To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
