Health Assurance Hospitals Company- DHAMAN - Kuwait City - Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing the implementation of infection control policies and procedure across DHAMAN's PHCs in collaboration with the PHC's head nurse as well as ensuring staff compliance with the infection control procedure through inspecting PHCs and reporting any violations to the infection control practices while providing necessary education and counselling to the staff and patients as required. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Infection Control Activities Monitor the Infection Prevention Control program implementation throughout DHAMAN's Primary Healthcare Centers in collaboration with the PHC nursing section to ensure implementation of standard precautions such as hand hygiene and gloving policy, isolation precaution, prevention of injury by sharps and exposure to blood or body fluid.
