Kuwait City - Verify and check compliance of buildings on a day-to-day basis. Giving induction and orientation for the new arrival employees. Handle the onboarding of the newcomers. Co-ordination with Human resources for new arrivals/departures. Arranging airport pickup for the newcomers. Arranging Accommodations for new arrivals employees &Rooms allotments as per company procedure. Verify and checking for Housekeeping (Cleaning of toilets, kitchens, rooms, corridors, surrounding etc.) Report to the HR Manager on a daily basis and update. Make sure that the buildings are well-maintained coordinate immediately accordingly with maintenance & cleaning department whenever it is required. Ensure that all the assets of the accommodation are well maintained. Ensure that a high level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times within the accommodation. Ensure a regular and timely submission of accommodation occupancy report and any other assigned reports by the Human Resources Manager. ...
