Al Mulla Group - Kuwait City - Key Responsibilities To independently manage Service Center operations of a garage to ensure high service quality, achievement of garage service revenues and customer retention Assist Group Service Manager in formulating strategy and business plans for Service department Improve revenue generation by ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring professional vehicle service delivery to service customers (retail and fleet) in line with MMC standards Conduct regular random checks on service operations on the garage shop floor to check for compliance on all stages of the service cycle and provide on the spot feedback Analyze and track performance of productive and non-productive personnel employed in the garage by means of control sheets and efficiency reports generated by Accounts and customer feedback data received from other sources on a regular basis Schedule work and assign overtime tasks to personnel based on work requirements Drive performance ...
