- Direct the maintenance of the PMO structures, designs, processes, procedures and templates
- Direct and manages the development and maintenance of the Program Master Plan along with executive dashboards.
- Identify program interdependencies and manage them
- Provide key decisions with regards to the PMO operations and supports risk mitigation and issue resolution
- Monitor all key program decision points, the date by which a decision is required, and the impact of the decision, through maintenance of schedules.
- Oversee and monitor the assigned projects within the PMO in terms of efficiency and effectiveness
- Report overall project progress and meet with customer to discuss progress, risks, and issues on as needed basis
- Communicate continuously on the PMO operations and projects delivery, ensuring alignment with key decision making and changes to the PMO baselines
- Monitor changes in terms of their impact on scope, cost and delivery timeframes against the target schedule
- Prepare the reporting material
- Oversee vendor management
- Deputize the Head of PMO when and as needed
