  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

  • Organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments, arranging conferences
    Dealing with incoming emails, faxes, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager

  • Taking dictation and minutes
    Producing documents, reports and presentations

  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.

  • Arranging travel and accommodation reservations for the General Manager
