Warner Scott Recruitment - Abu Dhabi - An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a large Middle Eastern Bank based in the UAE as a Lead UX Designer within their rapidly expanding Digital Banking team. Working within the wider digital banking team, the successful candidate will drive end-to-end user experience design across multiple products and areas. They will lead a team of UX/UI Designers in providing engaging and intuitive user experience for digital products. The ideal candidate will have significant post-graduation professional design experience in a digital product environment (ideally with a start-up). Experience in leading design teams and in conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing and rapid prototyping is essential. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline would be advantageous, along with experience in protyping tools such as Marvel, Invision and Axure, and design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Suite and Craft.
