Position Overview

The Landscape Architectural CAD Technician / 3D Modeler will be responsible for all drafting work required to prepare and finalize changes in design, IFC and the as-built drawings. The candidate will perform basic to complex drafting assignments requiring a thorough knowledge of drafting standards, practices, and techniques. They will be involved in the preparation of drawings as needed during design, construction and final as-built drawings as well as the development of 3D renderings and animations for presentations, design reports, and proposals.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepares technical packages from concept design, through detailed design to tender and contract documentation.
• Under supervision, performs landscape architecture design which requires a fundamental knowledge of the landscape, planting and irrigation design, aesthetics, and/or design standards, practices, and techniques.
• Prepares high-quality presentation drawings, renderings, 3D models and animations.
• Provides support and production assistance to team members
• Completes other duties as assigned.
