Responsibilities of the position includes but not restricted to:


 


  • Prepares weekly attendance of all staffs of Alijarah Holding and alerts the Officer HR in case of unauthorized absences.


  • Creates new employees files and ensures all documents required are filed


  • Prepares new employment contracts with terms and conditions incorporated in the offer letter.


  • Coordinates with all departments and subsidiaries to ensure obtaining all staff information to update employee files.


  • Settles credit card and petty cash statements consumed by the department to the financial accountant.


  • Assists the Officer HR in preparation of the monthly over time for staffs


  • Makes NOC letters, traffic department letters, Immigration letters, CID letters, Labor ministry letters, Job certificates and any other customized letters as requested in Arabic


  • Provides assistance to PRO, Officer HR, Secretaries of the divisions as necessary


  • File Management with confidentiality.


  • Provides assistance to the department to update employee Job Descriptions


  • Coordinates with different training institutes to obtain suitable training programs

  •  


  • Schedules In-House Training Program in coordination with the Officer HR.


  • Compiles the Annual Leave Plan of each department and submits it to the Manager – Human Resources for review.


  • Updates Passport, Residency, Labour Card particulars on oracle


  • Follows up with the Immigration Officer for Exit Permits and Labour Card renewals


  • Assists the Officer HR in candidate sourcing for recruitment.


  • Functions as the primary focal point for general enquires


  • Any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
