Substantially activities are outsourced to third parties so the function is to develop and oversee new and existing products and relationships, with the benefit of a strong understanding of property markets and practice. The same skills will be applied to developing relationships with institutional and private clients and internal distribution staff.
Requirements
- Significant Property knowledge with exposure to fund management environment.
- Experience of sales and marketing gained in a service based business, ideally with exposure to the sale of Fund Management products.
- A minimum of five years experience working in a property environment
- Proven technical skills in overseeing the development and construction of real estate funds.
- Excellent understanding of global real estate markets combined with the ability to use that knowledge to enhance product development and sales via Relationship Managers.
- Experience in sourcing leads and closing sales with private and institutional client
- Experience in marketing property funds to institutional and private clients
