As a Head of Commerical CVM you will…


Drive incremental revenue growth and profitability of Vodafone Qatar by reducing churn and maximising the profitability of our existing customer base. This role is the key commercially responsible role in VFQA with major impact on our financial results. It is accountable for P&L delivery of CVM targets with objective of increasing customer life time value , ARPU and AMPU through optimised and timely marketing actions and further proactively retain customers.


What kind of tasks will you have?
• Deliver the P&L targets for CVM revenue
• Work with colleagues in analytics and Big data to gather insight and then define a set of activities required to deliver against the CVM targets.
• Ensure alignment with Segment Marketing and Channels and communications to support the segment strategy’s 
• Develop base management strategy & implementation of activities across all segments for customer revenue enhancement, base retention, and churn control, and driving incremental service revenue.
• Drive upsell, cross sell and retention activities across segments both consumer and EBU
• Lead in design & execution of all BTL campaigns via multiple channels to achieve revenue targets.
