• Overlooks the daily operations of the Qatar outlets and manages shifts effectively to assure a smooth and effective overall operation.
• Utilizes resources efficiently to drive business and maximize productivity, meeting all standards of execution for customer service and merchandising.
• Plans the daily schedule of employees and the business operation and makes sure that all outlets run smoothly and efficiently.
• Determines stock needs for the outlets, timely order placement and receiving shipments.
• Monitors inventory for optimization and minimize waste and pilferage.
• Maintains safety, regulatory requirements and cleanliness of all areas of all buildings, systems and equipment.
• Adheres to the established food quality standards, provided training and coaching for all employees.
• Ensures Company’s grooming and appearance standards are implemented and maintained at all times.
• Enhances and maintain good positive communication with customers, employees and vendors to enhance the performance and profitability of business unit and to continue to grow customer base.
• Handles effectively any kind of customer complaints being verbal or written.
• Ensures efficient and accurate processing of sales transactions and proper book keeping.
• Performs other duties assigned by Reporting Manager as per the business requirements.
