City Group Co. KSCP - Al Jahra, Kuwait - As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for all inbound & outbound calls. You will respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant service problems and provide general information regarding customer service, sales, or technical support space via telephone, email, and/or instant messaging. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure policies and procedures are followed, and performance standards are met. You will assess and monitor representative's performance while providing coaching to ensure quality and continuous improvement. **Fluent Arabic is a must for both roles** Skills As a CSR: Problem Solving Accountability.
