Commercial and Contracts Manager - Construction & Engineering Recruitment Specialists

Job description / Role

My client is a leading engineering consultant and project managers who are currently working on the construction of the Lusail light tram project. They are currently looking to recruit a contracts/commercial manager to implement and manager effective contract management strategies and develop claims avoidance and mitigation strategies as well as good understanding of insurance and bonds.

Requirements

Candidates should have a degree in engineering or a related subject and must have a proven background as commercial/contracts manager working on large civil engineering projects and especially rail projects. Candidates should be familiar with procurement under all forms of contract and should be familiar contract management strategies and claims avoidance and mitigation.
