Business Development Manager - Bin Yousef Group of Companies W.L.L

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build the F&B distribution arm for Bin Yousef Group of Companies . This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.

• Spearhead the F&B distribution division at Bin Yousef Group
• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and aid expansion effort
• Plan strategically to assure project success
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Prepare sales contracts for distribution units ensuring adherence to Qatar laws
• Present quarterly and annual budgets
• Provide customers with after-sales support
• Create and develop a sales team
