Job Description
1.Supervise and communicate with drivers for daily activities.
2.Completely handle the logistic for the department
3.Resolving problems on any issues raised by customers
4.Schedule daily duties to the drivers
5.Provide training to the drivers on product knowledge
6.Keep a track on dispatch and delivery of order
7.Guide the drivers on the root Map for delivery when necessary.
8.Maintain monthly reports on logistic
9.Ensures quality of drivers (behavior, appearance) and in the beginning collects money from restaurants if necessary
10.Provide Customer Service
