The LOC Analyst performs mission/resource analysis, coordinates with supply, maintenance and transportation functional areas and ensures supporting requirements and implied tasks are accomplished to standard and within required timelines. Requires a secret clearance to access the SIPR and retrieve, analyze, and process operational orders and classified taskers. The LOC analysts must be well versed in Army operating methodologies and the use of appropriate logistic information systems. Report and track readiness, contingency planning, and accountability for several battalion sets of equipment and supplies.
