Dubai - We are looking for a friendly office secretary who can take on full administrative responsibility as well as greet our clients and answer the phone in a pleasent and welcoming manner. Duties will include, but not limited to: Answering phones and emails. Act as point of contact for internal and external clients. Organize and schedule appointments. Write and distribute emails and memo's to staff and vendors. Provide support to clients, visitors as well as employees. Handle all administrative office responsibilities as needed. Attend requested meetings and take detailed notes. Maintain and make additions to office filing system for all categories. Skills Requirments: Proficiency in MS OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT etc.) Attention to detail Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
