Kuwait City - Primary purpose of the job: Manage the company-wide recruitment of quality staff that meets the highest level of competence in their jobs. Advise line managers on the best recruitment practices. Manage the work visa process to meet the manpower requirements of the Group. Develop and implement company-wide programs, strategies and procedures to fill the vacant positions (preferably from within the organization), within the stipulated time, short-listing, selection interviewing and subsequent placement.
