Dubai - Charterhouse is working with a top tier real estate developer in Dubai. Out client is expanding their development team and is looking to hire a Senior Development Manager. You will be part of a large team but have your own designated group of project(s). On these you will lead a team on design, financial and procurement strategies to ensure all business cases meet stakeholder standards. Your pipeline will be a diverse portfolio of high value mixed-use projects which will be your responsibility throughout the entire development process, including master planning, consultant and contractor appointment, feasibility and ultimately project execution on technical procedures. The successful candidate should ideally come from an architectural background, however you should be well versed on both business and design development.
