Dubai - About the Position: As part of the Group Total Rewards Team the main objective of this role is to co-design, direct, oversee and ensure the implementation of the Group Total Rewards Strategy across the organization worldwide, and to act as the advisor on all Total Rewards aspects towards GHRD, Senior HRBPs and local businesses. The core responsibilities are as below: Co-designs and implements an effective Global Total Reward Strategy which promotes a strong performance-oriented culture and personal growth among colleagues.
