Kuwait City - Candidates with implementation and support experience on Oracle R12 HRMS, Payroll, SSHR and Learning Management (I recruitment and Time &Labor Knowledge will be an added advantage). Minimum 1 full life cycle implementations in HR and Payroll. Knowledge of Multiple Business Group and Multiple Payrolls is compulsory. Must have excellent command on Payroll fast formula. Domain HR knowledge is must and must be sound in Payroll costing. Ability to prepare functional and technical specifications for extensions/customizations. Knowledge of Interface Tables and APIs. Thorough knowledge of AIM methodology, its phases and deliverables. Knowledge of Multi-Org is compulsory. - Domain Finance & Accounting knowledge is must.
